This weeks tactics…

1. Cycle a minimum of 50 miles (indoor and/or outdoor). 2. Do a set of 3 thirty second planks at the start & end of training. 3. Keep drinking plenty of fluids. 4. Increase sit ups to 6 sets of 20. 5. Increase weights to 6 sets of 9. 6. Refuse to buy junk for others – it always ends in me sharing in it. 7. Urgently consider how to increase protein intake. 8. Stay away from potatoes.9. Try and fit a swim in10. Blog more!
