Back on the turbo and into the fat burning zone…

Morning folks! The plan was to train this morning at 6am but as I woke unusually late at 6.30am I gave it a miss. I did the school run and then jumped on my turbo trainer. I’m now participating in a new weight loss competition with an old friend to see who can lose 10lbs the fastest. He has a strong record with this beating me 2-3 times in the past. I’m desperate for the win so I thought I would mix into my exercise regime a little training in the fat burning zone. So out came the Turbo trainer and on went the heart monitor – I’m not sure I buy the theory of it but desperate times call for desperate measures! 😉
