My weight today…

17st 9.75lbs (247.75lbs)

1.75lbs lighter than last week – 55.25lbs lighter than Aug ’08 (303lbs)

*Been a good week and motivation is strong. Mind you the warning light is up on my dashboard as I think I may be training too hard. It’s important to remember that it’s about exercise and weight loss – not becoming Lance Armstrong. Walking about exhausted, hungry and agitated is not fun and can’t be sustained! If I do burn out weight gain is inevitable. Time to remember the mantra – one step, one dinner and one day at a time…
