Monday – Rest day
Tuesday – Climbed Slieve Donard (Burnt over 4000 calories)
Wednesday – Rest day (Donard near crippled me)
Thursday – Gym (Cross trainer for 40 mins & Stepper 20 mins)
Friday – Gym (Cross trainer for 55 mins)
Saturday – Cycle (20 miles)
