Tip 7 – Keep accountable…

Introduce accountability to your journey. I use this blog but for others blogging may be too public and would prefer instead to use friends. I also use websites like “Gyminee” which records my weight and exercise on a daily/weekly basis and allows me to enter in to challenges such as “50lbs loss for 2009” “First to loose 20lbs” and “Cycle 100 miles”.

**I’ve currently recuiting people for my own Gyminee challenge which is a race for people to lose 10lbs before I lose 15lbs… (If you are interested let me know before Monday)
