Tip 4 – BIG goals & small targets
I have often been beaten by unrealistic expectations and by starting regimes that were unsustainable. I’ve learnt that there is nothing wrong with BIG goals but to attain them I need to use a number of small targets as stepping stones in my journey to achieving them.
*The ironic pert is that I’ve used this strategy in my professional career for years. Its quite a basic tip and yet its taken me years to apply it to my health.
