Wooo I’m under 20 stone and 1½ stone lighter!

Yup it’s a major achievement and big boost to the campaign. For the last two weeks I’ve been working out hard. I’ve not really been great at controlling my diet but I’ve been focusing on the exercise front. I’ve introduced variety by means of walking and on some occasions I’ve done 40 minutes on the bike, 40 minutes walking and then my weights routine. I’m feeling the pace but I’ve been floating on air since I weighed myself. May the progress continue.
