Reviewing the strategy and progress (Part 2)

Well it’s Sunday and I usually set targets for the incoming week. I have to say that I’ve found this helpful and I plan to continue with it however the ban on the big bad four I’m going to loosen. To be honest crisps, chocolate and ice-cream rarely cross my mind but I have to say that chips are still a struggle… I confess that for most of my life I have had an unhealthy obsession with them but to be honest its hard to avoid them. Now as I type this I smell a lie, but perhaps its ok to have them once a week.
