I have always had a difficult relationship with holiday periods. Twice in my life I had previously been making significant progress with a diet when Christmas came along or the summer break. During those holidays my discipline broke and my diet came to an abrupt halt and weren’t resumed. I’m determined not to let that happen this Christmas and so Jane and I have agreed the following.
*Three days will be outside of the diet.
*Those days include, Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Eve.
*Those days are outside of the diet but must not be out of control.
So there ya go, its as easy as that… (I doubt it)
