This week’s goals…

*4 exercise sessions of a minimum of 30 minutes (Increase of 1 session)
*If chest cold/infection and weather allows 1 bike ride
*Stay off the big bad 4 (Chips, ice cream, crisps, chocolate)
*Read 2 chapters of “No more Mr. Fat Guy”
*No eating after 7pm
*Drink 2 pints of water a day
*A daily calorie allowance of 2000 kcal
