This weeks goals…

*3 exercise sessions of a minimum of 30 minutes (Increase of 10 minutes)
*Weather permitting get 2 bike rides in (Increase of one ride)
*Stay of the big bad 4 (Chips, ice cream, crisps, chocolate)
*Read 2 chapters of “No more Mr. Fat Guy”
*No eating after 7 (An hour earlier)
*Drink 2 pints of water a day (Increase of 1 pint)
